Fantastic
Since implementing Credit Manager on Sage 200 we now couldn’t imagine functioning without it. We have rolled it out across our five businesses, and it has completely streamlined the credit management process. The addon itself condenses all your Sage 200 credit management tools into one place, as well as giving you complete visibility of all your Sales Ledger data both on an individual account level and on a full ledger view. An additional feature we find very handy is the ability to change multiple accounts on-hold status with one click, rather than changing each status individually which has been a massive timesaver. It also gives you greater control over processing debtor letters and statements.

Great tool
We have worked with the developers since the creation of Credit Manager and continue to use it daily. It has automated so many of our previously manual procedures, saving huge amounts of time for our credit controller. We previously sent manual emails to each customer chasing overdue accounts. We can now send multiple emails with all the correct information with the touch of one button. Being able to see so much data in one place has been extremely useful and being able to sort that data is even more so. Credit Manager saves so much time not having to move around in different Sage screens. The developers are open to improvement suggestions and easy to work with. Credit Manager is an invaluable addition to our company.

Couldn't work without it!
Credit Manager is not over engineered, is simple and effective and very flexible. An underestimated powerhouse upon first view. I love its simplicity and ease of use. Everything I need to do can be done in one place. A must for any credit controller/credit team as it's the only way you can see the wood for the trees. There are a number of different filters to help you focus on your priority accounts. It's the only place you can easily see all your actions, notes and updates and run letters. With the added links to things like Amend Account, New Allocations, Amend Allocations etc it speeds everything up as you don't need to go through Sage 200 menus. If it doesn't do something you want, ask the Developers and they will look to add it to the form if they think it will enhance the product further. Without Credit Manager my job would be pure frustration and incredibly manual. With speedier working I can get more accounts addressed per day which brings in money quicker and naturally helps our cash flow. I can't recommend Credit Manager enough!

Really useful add on!
Credit Manager has completely changed the way we manage our credit control. It used to be a very manual process which relied heavily on good communication between staff regarding the stages of the process and the status of the individual customers. Excel spreadsheets and comments boxes have been replaced with a central record which is linked to the live Sage data and updated as soon as any ledgers are adjusted. Chase letters are sent and the account memos are updated for all staff to see, so one can pick up where the other left off. In my role I can pick up the accounts needing escalation far more quickly than before and we have been able to improve our cash flow significantly by reducing the number of days taken for customers to pay their invoices. The program has a number of functions which we haven’t even started to use yet, but it has already made a significant difference to us!

Really useful tool
We've been using Credit Manager for around a year and we think it's brilliant. We now have a one point of access which quickly and clearly collates the information that we need for the management of overdue debts. Oncy you're in the Credit Manager screen you can immediately identify the customers that have fallen behind trading terms. The information is exportable which means we can send it on to the sales department on a regular basis so they always have it to hand when customers call to place an order. We've always strugged in the past with customers calling and placing orders when they are already over trading terms. The sales department were not always aware of which customers couldn't place orders. This is no longer a problem. Because Credit Manager has given us the ability to focus on just the specific customers who have fallen behind on payment terms it has freed up the time of our credit controller to contact those customers on a timely basis. We have greatly reduced the amount of overdue debts on our books as a direct result of using Credit Manager. This has also created a better relationship with our customers as any problems can be headed off straight away. One very useful aspect is that you can create filters on the information within credit manager. We have customers on different trading terms which is easily sorted out in the Credit Manager screen. We would highly recommend Credit Manager to large and small companies as it is provides a quick and easy to read solution for credit management.
