Evacuation Reporting
Very powerful evacuation report. Allows multiple fire wardens to check all employees are safe and sound in the event of an evacuation.
Viewable even on mobile phone screens (in landscape mode) this report doesn't need to be printed out. You can make employees as 'safe' directly on screen
Access on any Device
- The evacuation report is available via any web browser on any device. Mobile phones will need to be in Landscape view.
Multiple Fire Wardens can access
- Give each of your Fire Wardens access to the report. Their recording of who is 'SAFE' is merged with the other wardens.
Sage HR Timesheets import
Once HR or management have reviewed the employees' clock records they can be imported directly into the Sage HR timesheets. Select a date range for the import and then bulk import them.
Filter by Department
- You are able to import records by Department rather than selecting all Employees
Choose date range
- You can select the start date and then the number of days you'd like to export into Sage HR
Easy Installation & Set-up
Our devices are very swift and easy to install. They come with a wall mount and power lead with UK plug. They then just need a network cable, or can be connected by wifi if you prefer.
The devices are intuitive to register Users on and training them to use the device takes seconds.
