Create quotes in Mashoom using our slick and powerful UI. When they are accepted, they are sent to Sage instantly as a sales order, with all their data populated.

Mission Control
Mission Control lets you see what tasks you have coming up and what activity you've just done. As a manager, this dashboard allows you to assess how behind (or on-top of!) your sales team is of call backs or quote chasing.
Great For Chasing Quotes
- Setup an automatically generated task a certain number of days after a quote is sent. The sales team can then clearly see which quotes are most overdue chasing.
- Click each task to show the quote and the contact information.
- Quickly action, accept or add information to the quote from Mission Control, perfect for when you are on the phone!
Your Outreach Organiser
- Tasks can be setup for new or existing customers, optionally imported from a spreadsheet to start a campaign etc.
- Tasks assigned to contacts open up their contacts details, so you know the contact details and can quickly move through the calling / email list.
- Simply tick off the tasks as you go! Prompts to setup a new task after completing one pushes the team to keep chasing a lead to its conclusion.
Mashoom's API
Everything you can do through Mashoom's interface you can do programatically through our API, and more! We use the GraphQL standard meaning that API is much better documented and flexible than standard APIs; perfect for creating automations for you or your customers.

It's Fast
- Mashoom copies all of Sage's data into our database meaning data is fetched from Mashoom, not from Sage directly. This means we can enable response times of ~250ms under high load; the right tool for the job to support any application. After all, that's what we use it for!
