AI Powered Outlook Add-in

Find our Outlook Add-in in the Microsoft store. This analyses your selected inbound emails, finds contact details and messages, then saves them to Mashoom. Edits can be made before upload to ensure correct and relevant information is recorded.

Tasks And Activity

Tasks allow callbacks and curtesy calls to be scheduled, allowing a simple workflow whereby a lead is never dropped and a quote never chased.
Tasks can be handed off from one person to another, allowing a sales team to setup a workflow without loosing track of who needs to do what.
Mission control allows both a team member to see their past activity and what tasks are coming up, and a manager to see how the team is performing overall.

Powerful Data Engine

Setup any number of custom fields, optionally split into different types of customer. Utilise a range of different input types, even files!
Spreadsheet upload of data to either add new contacts or updated existing ones.
Excel download of all your customer data, complete with meta fields and filters.
Create lists of your contacts based on filters, including filtering your own custom fields with "(A and B) or C" advanced searching.

Permissions

Fully featured permissions system allows setting up of both default access per user, then individual permissions to each contact.

Create quotes in Mashoom using our slick and powerful UI. When they are accepted, they are sent to Sage instantly as a sales order, with all their data populated.

Our interface is online and quick to use, create quotes when out in the field or when on the phone.

Versioning Workflow

Quotes are marked as draft, sent, payment required, rejected or accepted. A simple workflow ensures that these statuses get used correctly.
Versioning allows people to easily see how the quote has progressed.
Revision notes allow changes to be explained to the customer to improve the buy in to the process.
Customisable rejection reasons allows you to capture why quotes are being rejected, allowing you to analyse sales activity.

Quick and Intuitive Pricing

Full support for Sage pricing and assignment import.
The lowest price is selected by default for the customer and the stock item. This can be viewed and changed in a few clicks.
Prices and price band assignment can be downloaded, edited, then uploaded in spreadsheet format; a simple way to manage pricing.

Beautiful Quotes

Quote produced in PDF format ready to be sent to the customer.
Lots of customisation options; logo, address, footer text and much more.
Various options of how to show items on the quote, for instance selecting the stock item's name, code or description to be first and in bold.
Clever and dynamic templating means the discount column is only shown when one is applied and the units column is only shown when there are multiple units, to name a few examples. This means a customers get clean and concise quotes with only the information they need.

Mission Control

Mission Control lets you see what tasks you have coming up and what activity you've just done. As a manager, this dashboard allows you to assess how behind (or on-top of!) your sales team is of call backs or quote chasing.

Great For Chasing Quotes

Click each task to show the quote and the contact information.
Quickly action, accept or add information to the quote from Mission Control, perfect for when you are on the phone!
Setup an automatically generated task a certain number of days after a quote is sent. The sales team can then clearly see which quotes are most overdue chasing.

Your Outreach Organiser

Tasks can be setup for new or existing customers, optionally imported from a spreadsheet to start a campaign etc.
Tasks assigned to contacts open up their contacts details, so you know the contact details and can quickly move through the calling / email list.
Simply tick off the tasks as you go! Prompts to setup a new task after completing one pushes the team to keep chasing a lead to its conclusion.

Mashoom's API

Everything you can do through Mashoom's interface you can do programatically through our API, and more! We use the GraphQL standard meaning that API is much better documented and flexible than standard APIs; perfect for creating automations for you or your customers.

This also means that today or in the future, you can setup other products to connect to Mashoom. Future proof how you handle customer data.

It's Fast

Mashoom copies all of Sage's data into our database meaning data is fetched from Mashoom, not from Sage directly. This means we can enable response times of ~250ms under high load; the right tool for the job to support any application. After all, that's what we use it for!
