• When used with Sicon WOP, SFDC users can logon to works order operations to record actual time spent, as well as completed quantity for that operation.
• An Android based app that links to both the Sicon WOP and Sicon Projects to allow real-time capture of operation progress and elapsed times. The addition of this module allows users to issue allocated stock and record inspection results.

Sicon Barcoding & Warehousing

• When used with Sicon MRP, this allows for the build of a kit, but also the component picking, for kitted items in a Sales Order, resulting in a build on despatch.
• When used with Sicon WOP, this provides functionality for picking, issuing and booking, as well as back flushing of Works Orders on the handheld.
• An Android based app that allows manufacturing businesses to interact more efficiently with Sage 200. Examples include, receiving and putting away stock, picking and issuing stock to a Works Order and despatching Sales Orders.

Distribution | Pre-Allocations

• When used with Sicon WOP, pre-allocations are automatically set to fulfil works order demand, both at component at finished item level.
• When used with Sicon MRP, recommendations produced by Material Planning are connected via a pre-allocation, which can then be edited and managed via pre-allocations screens.
• Distribution – Preallocations | When used with Sicon Kitting, pre-allocations are automatically set to fulfil kit demand, both at component at finished item level.

Distribution | Container Management

• When used with Sicon MRP, Stock Item weights and dimensions are used to calculate whether selected Suggested Purchase Orders exceed a containers Max Volume and Payload.

Distribution | POP

• When used with Sicon MRP, this allows users to automate the price in relation to the supplier quantity break within Sicon POP Management.

Distribution | Warehouse Replenishment

• When used with Sicon MRP, this provides recommendations for stock shortage transfers.

Distribution | Reserves & Call Offs

• When used with Sicon WOP, a Suggested Works Order will be created.
• When used with Sicon MRP, this provides functionality so if a Reserve has been created but no Free Stock is available for allocation, a Purchase Order Suggestion will be created. The reserved stock allocation is considered in Material Planning calculations.

Distribution | Future Sales

• When used with Sicon MRP, both minimum stock calculations and therefore new levels, and forecasts produced via future sales are presented as demand in Material Planning calculations.

Projects

• When used with Sicon WOP, this integrates perfectly into bespoke manufacturing environments to capture Stock, Purchase Orders, Timesheets and other costs to give budget versus actual comparison. Alternatively, when combined with Sicon Works Order Processing, this is an ideal solution for businesses wanting to manufacture and install for projects.
• When used with Sicon MRP, stock on operations are included in the Future Stock Movements screensbe considered in Material Planning calculations.

Approvals

• Approvals - Requisitions Module | When used with Sicon MRP, recomendations from Material Planning can be created as Sicon Approvals Requisitions requiring approval before the Purchase Order is created.
• Approvals – Holidays Module | When used with Sicon MRP, approved holidays will affect employee availability when looking at overall availability within Capacity Planning.
• Approvals – Timesheets Module | When used with Sicon MRP, if a user records holiday or sickness, this will affect employee availability when looking at overall availability within Capacity Planning.

Documents

• When used with Sicon WOP, documents can be added or viewed when amending a works order.

Courier Integration

• When used with Sicon Kitting, this allows for the selected courier label to be produced and the instruction to collect to be communicated at the point of despatch.

Enhancement Pack

• When used with Sicon MRP, this allows users to automate the price in relation to the supplier quantity break within Sicon EP.
