Excellent Invoice Automation for Sage 200
We've been using PaperLess for about eight months now, and it's made a massive difference to how we handle invoices in Sage. Previously, our small finance team was drowning in manual data entry—we process roughly 600 invoices monthly and it was taking up most of our time. The OCR invoice recognition works brilliantly. Invoices arrive by email, PaperLess reads them automatically, and the data posts straight into Sage. We've gone from hours of typing to just reviewing exceptions. The approval workflows have been fantastic. Invoices route to the right people automatically, and they can approve from their phones. We've cut our approval time from nearly two weeks down to a couple of days, which has helped us capture early payment discounts we used to miss. PO matching catches problems before payment rather than during month-end reconciliation, which has saved us several times already. The requisition module has also given us much better control over what gets ordered in the first place. We added the expenses module recently, and our team loves being able to photograph receipts rather than keeping paper. Everything flows through to Sage automatically, making reconciliation so much easier. Implementation was straightforward—about three weeks from start to processing live invoices. The support from PaperLess has been very good throughout. Highly recommend for anyone using Sage who's tired of manual invoice processing. It's paid for itself already.

Definitely Recommend it
