Excellent product
This portal has been a god send with our customers, as its enabled them to access their own invoice copies etc without having to contact us and especially if this is outside of business hours. Julia at Draycir has been such a help with onboarding and the continued support she provides.

Excellent product!
I cannot recommend Spindle Self Serve enough. It has streamlined many of our day to day processes, and for our customers to be able to place orders at a time which is suitable for them, this has been one of the biggest benefits noticed from introducing this software. The training received from Julia is second to none and the ongoing support we get if we have any issues is speedy and allows for the issues to be sorted promptly without having major downtime.

Easy to Use - Excellent Service
The portal has transformed how we serve our customers. This has saved us considerable time that used to go on answering emails and calls for copies; we simply direct customers to the portal instead. Registration is straightforward, the platform is quick and seamless to use, and it has even improved our van routing. Our staff find it easy to use and our customers have given excellent feedback with no complaints since we rolled it out. The support from Draycir has been first class throughout, and Julia's training was outstanding. We would happily recommend it.

Excellent Overall Product
The portal means that our customers can obtain their own copy invoices and statements without having to contact us they can easily see how much they owe, it is live so updates as soon as payments are received . This has saved us so much time responding to emails and calls requesting them. If a customer now requests a copy, I will simply direct them to the portal. The registration process for the portal is very user friendly, and we have had no complaints from our customers when using the portal.

Great Portal
This portal has been excellent and had great feedback from our customers for the ease of access to invoices and POD's along with placing their orders online. This is also really easy to use and all our staff love it. Julia's training was fantastic

Great customer portal
We have used this product for some time now, alongside our other Spindle products, and its been a fantastic addition to company offering. Prior to using Spindle Self Serve we used to receive a significant number of copy invoice requests which was extremely time consuming to deal with. These have now been completely eliminated, with our customers obtaining their own invoices / statements. Overall a great product, which has significantly helped to reduce admin time and increase customer satisfaction.

Fantastic Product
We couldn't recommend Spindle Self Serve enough. This software has allowed us to automate processes saving us so much time throughout our business. This product allows our customers to place orders which then gets passed through to our Sage 200 system via API reducing the time for processing orders. All departments have had such positive feedback on this and the implementation was simple. This product is fantastic. The support we receive if we have any issues is speedy and allows for the issues to be sorted promptly without having major downtime.

Customer Portal - Great addition
We implemented Spindle self serve portal to provide a quick, easy and bespoke way our customers can to place orders and obtain their documents. We now have a great uptake in the portal allowing us to provide a better service to our customers. The time saved on admin is now used to assist customers elsewhere. The Customer much prefer this over email or phone ordering. Great addition to the business!
