We have been using the Invu system for many years, we find the system saves us time and is efficient in the process. The customer service team are knowledgeable and responsive to any queries we may have. It has helped us on our quest to be a paperless business. We are a small not for profit organisation but we have fairly complex accounting requirements, including using departments in Sage to produce multi-department P&Ls. We were searching for a solution that could solve both the requirement to scan in copies of invoices and also evidence proper authorisation. Other solutions meant we were still printing off the invoices to get them signed off before then scanning them in. We were relying on spot checks and audits to double check that invoices were appropriately authorised against our purchasing rules. Invu Verify has saved us so much time and effort. Invoices go to an email address and are automatically picked up and brought into the system for coding and authorisation against set rules. We can evidence approval by default, and all invoices can be double checked before posting into our system. It will also save time at audit as we will be able to provide our auditors with a log in to self serve on checking the purchasing invoices. Users can search the invoices without needing to request Accounts to dig copies out, from either Sage or Sharepoint which we also used. Would not be without this system now! It is more than fairly priced and the support is fantastic and responsive. I would recommend it to any business.

Invu Verify has brought efficiencies for everyone and not just the finance team. It has made the job easier for not only those processing invoices but the operations managers doing the approvals too.
