Excellent Product!
This product is fantastic and has made my job so much easier. Such fantastic technology. The AI is really accurate. The system is extremely user friendly and there is so much support to help you implement it and learn how to use it. Rebecca who trained me was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much for her. Even after finishing my training I still feel like I have loads of support should I need help. I have nothing negative to say!

Excellent System
Perfect AP software for our needs of a Care Home Group of 12 nursing homes. Allows to set up multiple companies within one parent group. Mapping of invoices and statements is seamless and quick. Price checker, bank details checker are excellent features and reduce a huge amount of time manually checking these things on paper invoices. Has the ability to read hand written invoices. We have it about a year now and has improved a lot and continues to do so with new features and updated extraction methods. Most importantly for us, the onboarding and customer service is second to none. There will always be some teething issues with a new system. With Lightyear, for us, there was nothing that was not fixed pretty much immediately.
